The Comprehensive Plan Task Force meets once a month and conducts all its meetings in an open and public setting. We give advance notice of all meetings and deliver to our members, by the close of business the Friday before the next meeting, minutes of the previous meeting and copies of material to be studied and acted upon. Your Town Council also receive complete meeting packets.
