Rental Properties/Village Court Apartments
To qualify to rent an employee housing unit, you or your household must meet specific criteria outlined in the
Town of Mountain Village Housing Authority Operating Document. Currently, we own, manage and maintain Village Court Apartments. This complex includes units ranging in size from studio to three-bedroom apartments; pets are

Application and Information
Wait List
To be placed on the wait list, you must submit a completed application. The $30 application fee will be waived once a unit becomes available. Once this happens, we will notify you, and in turn, you will have 48 hours to contact us to secure the unit. At that time, the $30 fee will apply so we may obtain a background and credit history check. If we do not hear from you within the allotted 48 hours, you have forfeited your spot on the list and we will contact the next person in queue.
