In order o access any of our plazas for your event, you will need to obtain a
Public Property, Plaza, Special Event Access Permit and Indemnification. It is required for use of our plazas for staging or hosting events or for vehicle accessibility, even if your final destination is not a one of our plazas. We prefer that you obtain this permit with as much advanced notice as possible; a minimum notice of two weeks prior to the event date is much appreciated. If this doesn't occur, we will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that a permit will be granted.
